Step into the vibrant energy of the summer solstice—a time of peak light, expansion, and vitality—and learn how to align your body’s energy systems with the natural rhythms of the season.
In this immersive, in-person workshop, you will be introduced to the foundations of energy medicine along with the subtle yet powerful role that frequency and vibration play in regulating the body, calming the nervous system, and restoring energetic balance.
