The Art of UnCertainty

This is a 4-week class (4 consecutive Wednesdays) starting on May 27th, exploring ways to use the Expressive Arts to reduce anxiety and create calm during chaotic and stressful times. We will use a multi-modal approach to personal expression, including mark making, journal writing, painting, collage and gentle movement. Preregistration is required, and participants are encouraged to attend all 4 classes.
